PDC has built the Idea Factory toolkit in order to help both startups as well as mature companies to bring PDC’s unique culture and practice of process innovation to their own teams.

A small select team of your company representatives together with two to three subject-matter experts from PDC collectively go through a structured ideation process to explore and discuss various directions of a well-defined problem statement. Our experts make sure there’s an upfront common understanding of both challenge and goals.

Then we facilitate a live ideation session with the team to explore various directions and divergent new ideas that address the challenge. This session typically takes a few days of close and focused collaboration. Following the session, we then summarise and structure the proposals and add a layer of detail to the explorations as the final outcome.
