Energy benchmarking
Energy benchmarking is gaining importance
due to the Kyoto protocol, the national allocation of CO2
emission rights and CO2 emission trading.
Process Design Center (PDC) has been selected
by governments and the industry to set up and execute independent
energy benchmark studies. Currently PDC conducts approximately
40 global benchmark programs,
covering basic, organic and inorganic chemicals, polymers
and foods & allied products.
